Health declaration

I am not taking medication that increases sensitivity to UV light (if unsure, check with a pharmacist first). I have no history of skin cancer and haven't been advised by a doctor to avoid UV exposure. I will use the eye protection provided, every session. I understand this is one sunbed session per 24 hours, maximum 20 minutes. I understand my Sun Club membership is personal to me, simply pauses if a monthly payment doesn't arrive (no debt, no drama), and to cancel I just stop my standing order — payments already made aren't refunded.
